The brief
HuroPay is a fintech and digital payments platform. It exists to make moving, receiving and managing money simpler, faster and more accessible.
A payments brand has to hold two things that pull against each other. It must be trusted with money, which calls for stability and precision. And it must be something people are glad to open every day, which calls for energy and warmth. The payments app branding had to hold trust and energy together: credible as a financial product, approachable as an everyday one.
The audience is broad. A payments product is used by people who follow finance closely and by people who never think about it. The identity had to make sense to both at a glance, on a phone screen, in a few seconds.
The idea
The idea is built for movement. Money is only useful when it moves, and HuroPay’s whole service is making that movement easier. So the identity treats movement as its subject, not its decoration.
The symbol is modular and interlocking. Its flowing forms suggest continuous exchange between people, accounts and payment networks, and they join without a visible seam, the way a good transfer should. The geometry is rounded throughout, which keeps the mark approachable and human. It reads as one continuous line that never has to stop.
The system
Logo
The symbol sits beside a wordmark in deep indigo, set in a clean, contemporary sans-serif. The mark was designed to stay recognisable across digital products, payment cards, mobile applications, social media, print and physical applications, so the same form appears on a screen and on a card without being redrawn.
Colour
Deep indigo and vibrant purple set the base. They establish trust, security, stability and technological sophistication. Cyan, pink and warm orange are the accents. They bring energy, optimism and accessibility.
Used together, the two groups do what the brief asked for. The dark tones hold the trust, and the bright ones carry the energy.
The gradient between them is a working part of the identity. It stands for movement, connection and the flow of a digital transaction from one side to the other.
Typography
A clean, contemporary sans-serif with a strong hierarchy and generous spacing. Expressive headlines sit above structured information and minimal layouts, which lets the brand explain financial services with clarity.
Graphic language
Fluid gradients, circular forms, bold geometric compositions and modular layouts turn the idea of money moving between points into a visual system. It is dynamic and modern, and it scales from an app icon to a billboard without changing character.
Product and applications
The identity runs through the product itself. The interface follows the same thinking: minimal screens, intuitive navigation, clear financial information, rounded components and the brand colours used with purpose. The experience feels modern and approachable, with the credibility and precision a financial product needs.
Beyond the app, the system covers payment and ATM cards, transaction interfaces, social media, advertising and posters, stationery, packaging and presentation material. Each application follows the same principles, so a customer meets one brand at every point.
Seven values sit underneath all of it and guide both the visual system and the wider experience: Freedom, Trust, Simplicity, Connection, Progress, Access and Clarity.
Scope
We built HuroPay’s identity across brand and product: logo design, the visual identity, UI and UX, card design, campaign material and stationery. It gives a financial technology company a visual language that is bold, simple, trustworthy and accessible, and built for movement.
