The brief
FITCO is a performance-driven platform for trainers, athletes, gyms and fitness enthusiasts who want structure, consistency and measurable results. It sits where technology meets human performance: personalised training, performance tracking, coaching systems and fitness tools that scale.
The challenge was to build more than a logo. FITCO needed a complete gym branding system that could support future growth and stand apart in a crowded fitness industry. The fitness brand identity had to feel modern, energetic and professional, and stay approachable to fitness professionals and everyday users alike.
Those two audiences pull in different directions. A trainer wants a brand that takes performance seriously. Someone starting out wants one that does not intimidate. The identity had to be strong enough for the first and open enough for the second.
It also had to last. A fitness brand that follows a trend looks dated within a season, and FITCO’s system was meant to support the company as it grew.
The idea
The idea is three words: structure, consistency, results. It is the promise FITCO makes to the people who train with it, in the order they experience it. Structure comes first, consistency is what they bring to it, and results are what follow. Nothing in that line is about appearance. It is about method, and method is what FITCO offers.
The identity is rooted in precision, movement and forward momentum. Those qualities describe good training, and they describe good design, so the brand could be built the way an athlete is built: by repeating a sound structure until it becomes a result.
The system
Logo
The symbol is built from angular, interlocking forms that turn around a centre, which gives it a sense of rotation and drive even when it is still. It is compact enough for an app icon and bold enough for a wall. Beside it, the wordmark is set in heavy capitals that match the weight of the symbol, so the two read as one unit.
Colour
Red, black and white. Red brings energy, black brings focus, and white keeps the system legible on screens and on fabric. The palette is deliberately small, so the brand can be recognised quickly wherever it appears.
Graphic language
Repetition is the core device. The symbol multiplies into a pattern, rotates in sequence and fills a surface, the way a training plan repeats a movement. Imagery is high in contrast and set against flat red, so the athlete and the mark share the frame.
Applications
The logo was designed to perform across gym signage, fitness apparel and sportswear, training equipment, mobile platforms, packaging and marketing material. On a watch face or a phone screen it identifies the product at a glance. On apparel and equipment it marks what belongs to the brand. At every touchpoint the customer meets the same mark, used the same way.
The scope included merchandise and packaging, so the system was worked out on physical products as well as screens: garments, labels, boxes and the small details a member handles. Creative direction ties the pieces together, so photography, product and print speak in one voice.
That consistency is the idea made visible. A brand that asks its members to be consistent has to be consistent itself, from the first screen of the app to the label on the packaging.
Scope
This project covered the full brand system: strategy, logo design, visual identity, merchandise design, packaging design and creative direction. It positions FITCO as a modern name in fitness and wellness, with an identity that has room to grow as the platform does.
